Guidelines for Posting Items for Sale on FUSTA WEST:
It is the intent of FUSTA WEST to offer this "Trading Post" service to aid parents and students in the purchase and resale of USED dance items. The following rules apply:
- Seller must be a member of the FUSTA WEST region.
- Items
for sale must be located in the WEST region and can not be sold on behalf
of a friend from another region or country.
- Seller
must provide a clear photo of the item for sale.
- Seller
must clearly define the asking price, condition of the article, size and
measurements.
- Seller
must provide a valid email address to be posted with each item for sale
- All
sale negotiations, shipping, and payment processes must be handled by the
seller.
- Seller
must inform FUSTA WEST when item is sold so that it can be removed from
the website.
- FUSTA WEST is offering this service as a convenience to its members and is not responsible for the condition, shipping, damage, or any problems associated with the transaction between seller and buyer.
- The FUSTA WEST "Trading Post" is not for commercial use, fundraising sales, or merchant sales of any kind.
- FUSTA WEST has the right to deny any request for posting sales that does not meet the criteria stated above.
